Stones thrown at cars on Green

There have been some incidents of stones being thrown from passing vehicles on Brockham Green smashing parked cars windows.

Youths causing nuisance in Westcott

There are youths gathering outside the village club in Westcott causing general nuisance. It has been highlighted that they have been seen on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Please forward any names or vehicle registration numbers to Surrey Police.

Vehicles to watch

Males in a white transit van have been seen in Beare Green. This van drove up to a house and when they were challenged by the owner they gave a story about being builders. Index N903 BFC it is a white transit.
Please call Surrey Police should this vehicle appear.

A white Vauxhall Brava van index N620 GOR was seen in the area of Deanoak lane Leigh looking into houses when challenged claimed to be touting for garden business. It was seen again in Smoke Lane Reigate 2 males were seen the first the driver of the vehicle a white male aged in his 20’s or 30’s dark hair chubby build and flat cap the second male white 20’s or 30’s fair hair round face. They claimed to be looking for looking for scrap and made off.

A red Vauxhall Bedford index either D119 XPF or D199 XPF this was seen on Pebble Hill and was seen on the 13th October seen up Chalk Pit lane where it was seen and shortly after a garage door had been damaged.

A blue pickup index V569 FCD was seen near a site at the Parrot Inn public house in Forest Green. Vehicle made off towards Ewhurst when interrupted whilst attempting a burglary.

White Transit van driven by two men acting suspiciously in Beare Green area
Catapult Menaces. The occupants are believed to be using a blue Vauxhall Cavalier index M565YGP and a blue Ford Escort van K493YOE.
Two suspicious males approx 20yrs old, described as travellers, drove onto the informant’s property in a van with red oxidebody and index N160OUS and were looking around. When challenged they made off.
Theft of tools and chainsaws A silver Audi TT with index plates belonging to another car LD54 GJK broke into a tree surgeons van which was parked close to the church and took tools including chainsaws.
A red Vauxhall Bedford van has been seen around Pebble Hill and Chlak Pit Lane after a garage door had been damaged.
White Mondeo seen at a farm in Gomshall with two males claiming to be having a driving lesson may be involved in thefts from the area.
A blue Ford Transit van index K120LTR and a white Toyota pick up index N620GDR or a white Brava van N620 GOR are possibly linked to theft while claiming to be looking for scrap metal.. If you see either of these vehicles in your area please do not hesitate to report it to us on 0845 125 2222.
Seen near Forest Green and interrupted during a burglary.
