Plans have been drawn up for the re-development of the existing Community Church Hall. These plans have been submitted to Mole Valley for approval and planning permission has been granted.The plans include extending the existing building to create a separate meeting room, improving the size and layout of the kitchen and refurbishing the existing hall. The plans also taken into account the latest legislation for the provision of access and facilities for disabled people.

A commitee has been formed to launch an appeal for funding the project. There are two main parts to the appeal:

1. applications to a wide range of funding/charitable bodies towards the cost of the work
2. an appeal to the people and businesses in the village.

The Committee have prepared a document to provide information both for residents of the village and for the grant applications.
